International Cities Linkage Association (Referred to as association in all contexts below) is a non-profit association that is mainly founded by Anderleigh Funding Association and consists of other groups, organisations as well as businesses that are willing to join.

The purpose of the association is to investigate the economic and financial development of the World City. This by all means also includes the construction and management of the City.
